What is a list?

A list is a place where wishes from all members are collected. You can have multiple lists – for example, one for Christmas and another for birthdays.

List Types

When creating a list, you choose one of two types:

Personal List

Just for you. Write down your own wishes and share the list as read-only. Others can see your wishes but cannot add their own.

Shared List

For family or a group of friends. All members can add their own wishes and claim gifts for others.

Protection Levels

For shared lists, you can choose how gift claims are protected:

Open

Anyone can claim gifts. Claims are anonymous – no one sees who claimed what.

Tracked

Claims are assigned to a specific person. The gift recipient doesn't see who claimed it, but other members do.

Protected

Highest protection. All members must have an account. Only logged-in users can claim gifts.

Creating a List

Create a new list in a few steps:

  1. Click Create List
  2. Choose list type (personal or shared)
  3. For shared lists, select protection level
  4. Enter list name
  5. Confirm creation

Joining a List

You can join an existing list in two ways:

  • Using a share code – enter the code someone sent you
  • Using a link – click the link and you'll be automatically added

List Settings

In list settings you can:

  • •Change the list name
  • •Enable/disable price display for wishes
  • •Archive the list – hides it from the main view but keeps it accessible
  • •Delete the list – permanently removes the list including all wishes

Archiving Lists

Archived lists don't appear in the main view but remain accessible. If you have at least one archived list, an archived lists section will appear on the right side of the screen.

💡 You can restore an archived list back to the main view at any time.

Search

You can search lists by name. Enter at least 3 characters to start searching.

Sorting Lists

Lists can be sorted in several ways:

  • By date – default sorting, newest first
  • By name – alphabetically
  • By type – personal and shared lists separately
