I can't see others' wishes

Make sure you're connected to the correct list. You can only see wishes in lists where you're a member.

I can't claim a gift

In protected mode, you must be logged in. In other modes, check if the wish is already claimed by someone else.

I can't join a list

Check that you have the correct share code or link. Codes are case-sensitive.

Image upload failed

Check the file format (JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC) and size (max 10 MB). Try resizing the image or using a different format.

I'm not receiving invitation emails

Check your spam/junk folder. Add our email address to your trusted contacts.
